Here are the most important information about our house.
House rules
Quiet hours between 10pm – 7am every day.
Checking In and Out
Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is until 10am. Key is always in the door so you can enter. For the room number just contact me – 00385 95 560 6427 (sms, whatsapp, viber).
If you would like an earlier check in or later check out, we can organize if there are no other guests before/after you in the apartment.
Other solution is to leave the luggage in small storage on the ground floor.
Registration
According to the Tourism Services Act, we are obliged to register the stay of each guest in our apartment.
For that reason we need your identity cards or passports. You can send a photo to the number 00385 95 560 6427 (whatsapp, viber).
If you do not want to send a picture of the document, you can write us the following information for each guest – name and surname, date of birth, type of document, document number, place of residence.

Airport transfer
We can organize the airport transfer for you. The price is 40€.
Other solution is to use shuttle bus which drives you to the main bus station in Zadar. After that, you use bus number 5A or 8A (exit on the station Puntamika, next to Yachting caffe bar).
Surroundings
Bus station is located only 300 meters from our house. Bus ticket you can buy directly in the bus. Distance to city center is only 4 kilometers.
Market, caffe bar, restaurant are located in the are of 400 meters from the house.
Sandy beach is only 100 meters far away.
Tap water
Tap water is drinkable.
Heating and Cooling
Temperature adjusted with remote control. Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air conditioning is on.
Trash & Recycling
Bins are in the front of the house. Green bin is for kitchen garbage. Bin with orange cover is for plastic, metal, textile and paper. Third bin is for all kind of bottles.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, and local channels.
